Bahera CHILKA is  from the fruit of Terminalia bellerica in the combretaceae family. Baheda is one of the three fruits of triphala. In sanskirit, it is known as vibheetaki, which means lack of fear & has been widely used to treat numerous conditions especially respiratory problems, digestive disorders etc.
