As we deal primarily in Essential Oils, Carrier Oils, Fragrance Oils, Herbal Extracts, Cosmetic Raw Materials, Menthol Products, Camphor Products, and other industrial raw materials, the following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all orders.
 

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
• Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier or transport company, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• Customized, OEM, private label, or specially manufactured orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Returns

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products unless the error is on our part.
• If you receive a damaged package, incorrect product, or short shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and relevant details.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after verification and approval by our Quality and Customer Support Team.
• If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method or the customer's bank account within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Liana Health Care Pvt. Ltd.

Non-Refundable Orders

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for products damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, incorrect usage, customer preference changes, or delays caused by courier services, transport companies, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
