ACTIVATED HERBS- COMPLETE EXPRESSION OF HERBAL NANOCOMPONENTS
The practice of Ayurveda is rooted in India. What the Indians have known for centuries, has become ultra popular in the last three decades. The use of Ayurvedic concoctions for treating daily ailments to serious ones is no longer unknown. What began as a means of using plants as herbal and organic products was later developed with modern science as herbal extracts. And today, this has been taken a step forward to become Activated Herbs- the future of Ayurveda.
What happens in Activated Herbs?
When we make herbal powders or extract essential oils from the plants we do not get the full and complete benefits of that plant. Even when these herbal products are consumed, the digestion takes time and because of low bioavailability (ability of a substance to be absorbed and used by the body) they do not give 100% results immediately.
To ensure than every molecule and nano-particle of the herb expresses their benefits and is easily absorbed by our body i.e- high bioavailability, we activate the herbs. Done in a controlled environment, these activated herbs have higher intelligence and greater therapeutic impact.
Every herb has some macro and micro components that give them the power to impact our health positively. But, if a plant is consumed directly without activating these components their impact is lesser. Activated micro and macro components are enhanced versions and have quicker results. Activation changes the biochemical composition of the herbs as it also activates some inert (underlying) groups to become active and express itself fully.
The concept of activation is still in its nascent stage, but there is no denying that a lot remains to be explored in this sector. Our research team at Liana has tried to be ahead in the game by introducing our activated herbs in bulk quantities as well.
The Future of Ayurveda is here- let us enjoy what it has to offer.
