These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made from Liana Health Care Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
We manufacture and supply Essential Oils, Carrier Oils, Fragrance Oils, Herbal Extracts, Cosmetic Raw Materials, Menthol Products, Camphor Products, and other natural ingredients. Product specifications are provided for reference only. Buyers are responsible for verifying product suitability for their intended application before commercial use.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, freight, insurance, and other statutory charges unless otherwise specified in writing.
All purchase orders are subject to acceptance by Liana Health Care Pvt. Ltd. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or modify any order based on product availability or other business considerations.
Orders are processed upon receipt of agreed payment terms. Credit facilities, if applicable, are subject to prior written approval. Delayed payments may attract applicable interest or result in delayed dispatch.
Orders are dispatched through reputed courier services, transport companies, air cargo, or freight forwarding agencies. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to transportation, weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Buyers must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. Any shortage, transit damage, or incorrect shipment must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customized, OEM, and private label orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless approved by Liana Health Care Pvt. Ltd.
Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or the refund of the purchase price, at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our products.
Liana Health Care Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
These Terms of Sale shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the sale of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
By placing an order with Liana Health Care Pvt. Ltd., the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
