Return Policy

At Liana Health Care Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. As we primarily deal in natural oils, cosmetic raw materials, and industrial ingredients, the following Return Policy applies to all purchases.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect product has been supplied.
  • The quantity received is less than the quantity mentioned in the invoice.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment by providing the Order Number, invoice, photographs of the product, and details of the issue.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or misuse after delivery.
  • Customized, OEM, private label, or made-to-order products.
  • Products returned without prior approval from Liana Health Care Pvt. Ltd.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Assurance Team. If approved, customers will receive instructions regarding the return process.

Replacement or Refund

After verification, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the product with the correct item.
  • Replace damaged or defective goods.
  • Issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Shipping

If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be borne by Liana Health Care Pvt. Ltd. Returns made for any other reason may require the customer to bear the shipping charges.
