Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and product availability.
• Customized, OEM, private label, and bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during order confirmation.

Shipping Methods
 

We dispatch orders through reliable logistics partners based on the order size and destination:

• Courier Services: For samples, retail packs, and small consignments.
• Transport Services: For bulk and commercial shipments across India.
• Air Cargo: Available for urgent domestic and international deliveries.
• Sea Freight: Available for export and large-volume international orders.

Delivery Time

• Domestic Courier: 2–7 business days.
• Domestic Transport: 3–10 business days.
• International Shipments: Delivery time depends on the destination country, customs clearance, and selected shipping method.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide the Courier Tracking Number (AWB) or Transport LR Number via email, WhatsApp, or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.
 

Packaging

All products are packed using high-quality, leak-proof, and industry-standard packaging to ensure product safety during transportation.
 

Delivery Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. Any damage, shortage, leakage, or incorrect product must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, along with photographs and the invoice.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order quantity, weight, destination, and shipping method. Freight charges will be communicated before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
