Bergamot essential oil is derived from the peel of the bergamot orange (Citrus bergamia), a citrus fruit primarily grown in Italy.

 

 

Use Of Bergamot Essential oil :

 

Dilution: Essential oils, including bergamot oil, are highly concentrated and should be diluted before applying to the skin. Dilute bergamot oil with carrier oil such as jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, or coconut oil. A common dilution ratio is around 1-2% essential oil to carrier oil, meaning 1-2 drops of bergamot oil per teaspoon of carrier oil.
