Liana Health Care Pvt. Ltd. is a Meerut-based B2B manufacturer and wholesale supplier of pure cold pressed Neem Oil — founded in 2010 by Surjeet Singh. We supply pure, cold pressed neem oil in cosmetic grade and Ayurvedic grade to cosmetic manufacturers, soap makers, Ayurvedic product companies, haircare brands, pharmaceutical companies, organic pest control manufacturers, and exporters across India and international markets since 2010.

Our Neem Oil is cold pressed from high-quality Neem seeds (Azadirachta indica) — retaining the natural azadirachtin high PPM content, fatty acid profile, and distinctive characteristic aroma that makes pure cold pressed neem oil the preferred choice for Ayurvedic, cosmetic, agricultural, and pharmaceutical manufacturing applications.

Retail packs from 500 gm to 25kg for startups and small businesses. Bulk packs from 25kg to 500kg for manufacturers and exporters. Manufacturer- wholesale price. Same pure quality — every pack size, every order, every time.

What Is Neem Oil ?

Neem Oil is a naturally occurring vegetable oil cold pressed from the seeds of the Neem tree — Azadirachta indica — one of India's most important and widely used medicinal trees. Known in Ayurvedic tradition as Sarva Roga Nivarini (the cure for all diseases) and in modern science as one of nature's most potent bioactive plants — Neem has been used in Indian medicine, agriculture, and personal care for thousands of years.

Neem Oil is the primary commercially valuable extract from Neem seeds — containing a complex mixture of bioactive compounds including azadirachtin, nimbin, nimbidin, nimbidol, salannin, and gedunin — along with a rich fatty acid profile including oleic acid, stearic acid, palmitic acid, and linoleic acid that gives it excellent emollient and skin-conditioning properties.

Pure cold pressed Neem Oil has a characteristic strong, pungent, garlic-sulphur aroma — distinctly different from refined or solvent-extracted neem oil which has a milder smell. This strong natural aroma is the hallmark of genuinely cold pressed, unrefined neem oil retaining its full bioactive compound content.

Liana Health Care Pvt. Ltd. supplies pure cold pressed Neem Oil — extracted without heat or chemical solvents — preserving the full natural azadirachtin content and bioactive profile that makes neem oil genuinely effective in Ayurvedic, cosmetic, agricultural, and pharmaceutical applications.

Why Neem Oil Is One of India's Most Important Natural Ingredients

Neem Oil is unique among carrier oils and botanical extracts because of its exceptional range of scientifically validated properties:

Antibacterial — Neem oil has demonstrated antibacterial activity against a wide range of bacterial species including Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, and Bacillus subtilis — making it valuable in antibacterial soap, skincare, and personal care manufacturing.

Antifungal — Neem oil shows strong antifungal activity against common fungal pathogens including Candida species and dermatophytes — making it effective in antifungal skincare, foot care, and scalp treatment formulations.

Antibacterial — Neem oil has demonstrated antibacterial activity against oral bacteria — widely used in herbal toothpaste and oral care manufacturing.

Anti-inflammatory — The nimbidin and nimbin content of neem oil has demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties — making it valuable in acne treatment, eczema care, and skin inflammation formulations.

Insecticidal & Pest Repellent — The azadirachtin content of cold pressed neem oil is one of the most effective natural insecticides and insect growth regulators known — disrupting the life cycle of insects and making it the primary active ingredient in organic pest control and biopesticide formulations.

Wound Healing — Neem oil has demonstrated wound healing properties in Ayurvedic applications and modern research — used in wound healing creams, antiseptic formulations, and skin repair products.

Moisturising & Emollient — The fatty acid profile of neem oil — rich in oleic acid and stearic acid — gives it excellent skin conditioning and moisturising properties alongside its bioactive benefits.

Neem Oil — Grade Guide

Cold Pressed / Virgin Neem Oil — Cosmetic & Ayurvedic Grade

Extracted by cold pressing of Neem Seeds — retaining the maximum natural azadirachtin content in PPM, bioactive compounds, natural colour (golden yellow to dark brown), and characteristic pungent neem aroma. This is the highest quality neem oil — preferred for Ayurvedic formulations, natural and organic skincare, herbal soap making, antifungal and antibacterial cosmetic products, and organic agricultural applications.

Suitable for : Ayurvedic products, natural skincare, herbal soap, antifungal cosmetics, organic pest control, haircare, scalp treatments, and all applications requiring maximum bioactive compound content.

Refined Neem Oil — Cosmetic Grade

Processed to reduce colour and odour — producing a lighter coloured, milder smelling neem oil that is easier to work with in cosmetic formulations where the strong natural neem aroma may be undesirable. Refining reduces some of the bioactive compound content but the oil retains significant antibacterial, antifungal, and skin conditioning properties.

Suitable for : Mainstream cosmetic formulations, shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, and personal care products where a milder neem profile is preferred.

Agricultural Grade Neem Oil

Cold pressed neem oil with high azadirachtin content in PPM — specifically intended for use in organic pest control, biopesticide formulations, and agricultural applications.

Suitable for : Organic pest control formulations, biopesticides, neem-based agricultural sprays, and soil treatment applications.

Neem Oil is one of the most important natural active ingredients in haircare and scalp health manufacturing in India:

Typical Usage Rate in Anti-Dandruff Shampoo: 0.5% to 3%

Antifungal Pharmaceutical Formulations:
Neem oil is used in antifungal pharmaceutical creams and ointments targeting fungal skin infections.

Oral Care Products:
Neem oil and neem extract are widely used in herbal toothpaste, tooth powder, and mouthwash manufacturing — for their antibacterial properties against oral pathogens responsible for plaque, gingivitis, and bad breath.

Veterinary Pharmaceutical Products:
Neem oil is used in veterinary antiseptic and anti-parasitic formulations for animal care.

6. Organic Pest Control & Agricultural Manufacturing

Agricultural grade Neem Oil is one of the most important active ingredients in organic pest control and biopesticide manufacturing in India:

Organic Pesticide Formulations:
The azadirachtin content of cold pressed neem oil is one of the most effective natural insecticides available — disrupting the moulting, feeding, reproduction, and metamorphosis of a wide range of agricultural pests including aphids, whiteflies, mites, caterpillars, and thrips.

Neem Oil — Formulation Tips for Manufacturers

Tip 1 — Managing the Neem Aroma
Pure cold pressed neem oil has a very strong, characteristic pungent aroma — the primary formulation challenge for cosmetic and soap manufacturers. Strategies for managing the neem aroma include using neem oil at lower concentrations (1% to 5%) rather than as the primary oil, combining with strong masking fragrances such as tea tree essential oileucalyptus essential oil, or peppermint essential oil, using refined neem oil instead of cold pressed for formulations where minimal neem aroma is required, or positioning the strong neem aroma as a feature in authentic Ayurvedic products rather than attempting to mask it.

Tip 2 — Neem Oil Solidifies in Cold Temperatures
Neem oil can partially or fully solidify at temperatures below 20°C — this is completely normal and does not affect quality. Gently warm the container in warm water before use to return to liquid state. This is a sign of genuine cold pressed neem oil — refined or adulterated neem oils typically remain liquid at lower temperatures.

Tip 3 — Start with Lower Concentrations
Neem oil is a potent bioactive ingredient — start with lower concentrations in your formulations (1% to 5%) and increase gradually based on efficacy testing and consumer response. High concentrations of neem oil in leave-on products may cause skin sensitisation in some individuals.

Tip 4 — Store Correctly
Store in a cool, dark location in tightly sealed dark glass or HDPE containers. Neem oil is sensitive to light and heat — improper storage leads to rancidity and loss of bioactive compound activity. Shelf life of correctly stored cold pressed neem oil is 1 to 2 years from date of production.

Tip 5 — Always Request COA from Your Supplier
Request Certificate of Analysis confirming azadirachtin content (for agricultural grade), fatty acid profile, purity, and absence of adulteration from your neem oil supplier. At Liana Health Care we provide COA and MSDS for all neem oil we supply on request.

Q. What is the difference between cold pressed neem oil and refined neem oil?

Cold pressed neem oil is extracted without heat — retaining maximum azadirachtin content, natural bioactive compounds, characteristic strong pungent aroma, and dark golden colour. It is preferred for Ayurvedic formulations, natural skincare, herbal soap, antifungal products, and agricultural applications requiring maximum bioactive activity. Refined neem oil is processed to reduce colour and odour — producing a lighter, milder smelling oil preferred in mainstream cosmetic formulations where the strong neem aroma is undesirable. Refining reduces some bioactive compound content but the oil retains significant antibacterial and antifungal properties

Q. Is neem oil good for hair?

Yes. Pure cold pressed neem oil has well-established benefits for hair and scalp health — its antifungal properties target dandruff-causing Malassezia fungus, its azadirachtin content provides effective natural lice control, and its fatty acid profile conditions and strengthens hair. It is widely used in anti-dandruff shampoos, lice treatment products, scalp health oils, and Ayurvedic hair growth formulations across India. Typical usage rate in haircare manufacturing is 0.5% to 20?pending on the specific product and application.

Q. Is neem oil safe for cosmetic use?

Cosmetic grade cold pressed neem oil is widely used in cosmetic manufacturing and is generally considered safe for topical cosmetic applications when used at appropriate concentrations. However manufacturers should conduct appropriate safety assessments, patch testing, and stability testing before commercial launch. Neem oil may cause sensitisation in some individuals at high concentrations in leave-on products. Always consult regulatory requirements applicable to your specific product category and market. Liana Health Care provides COA and MSDS documentation for all neem oil supplied.
