Essential oils are highly concentrated aromatic volatile oil produce by plant using sun energy by photosynthesis to produce oils called essential oils, and we extract essential oils from plant parts leaves, shrubs, roots by distillation method.
The Nano Small Size & Lower Molecular weight makes them light weight & its volatile because it evaporates at normal room temperature , blooms in the air & yours senses like nose detect the smell due to aroma.
Approximately assumed 38 quintillion (38,000,000,000,000,000,000) molecule in one drop of essential oils , because of vast number of aroma molecule in one drop it blooms fast and enters or activate or boost the brain to helps to heals the body.....with their active molecules, because of their small size cross the blood brain barrier and act fast.

How to inhale essential oils?
1. Direct Inhalation.
By keeping bottle few inch from nose and inhale.
2. Steam Inhalation. ( Most Important Use water Soluble Essential Oils, so that it uniformly mix in water, will not be harsh on skin, nose and eyes.)
Put 10 drops of water soluble essential oils like eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary or buy blend of steaming oils professionally prepared. ( suggested optional use )
Take towel cover the face properly with comfortable distance from water, take steam with deep breathing.
3. Diffusers for continous diffusion.

How to mix essential oils for spray ? Step By step
Two Methods.
1. Mix with denatured alcohol ( legally it require excise license in INDIA ) or use Odourless Iso Propyl alcohol ( Nullo Scent || Liana Healthcare Brand )
( Preferably odourless Iso Propyl alcohol 85% || 5 % essential oil || 5% Glycerine || 5% ( DM Water or demineralised water or RO Water )
2. Mix with Water soluble essetial oils. Preferably Suggested use ratio 90% DM Water or demineralised water or RO Water || 10% water soluble essential oil.
How to use essential oils on skin ?
A small amount of essential oil 10-20 drops in 100 ml carrier oil ( suggested use ) like coconut, jojoba, wheatgerm oil, muskmelon, watermleon warm gently if winters it enhance absorbtion, massage gently in circular motions to stimulate the skin and improve absorption. For facial massage, use light upward strokes to lift and tone.
NOTE : Muskmelon oil and Watermelon Seed oil absorb immediately , shine & moisturize with no stickiness on skin.

Skin is the largest organ with permeablity of oils. Its properties of essential oils to be absorbed in skin naturaly. Apply essential oils to pulse points like neck, wrists, ears, or affected skin zones.

The bottom of the feet contains reflexology points that correspond to specific organs and energy pathways, helping to balance the body naturally when stimulated by massage with essential oils.
3. Ears ( Outer Ears and Surrounding area )

Diluting essential oils means adding a carrier oils to enhance efficacy and safety for better assimilation on larger surface on the skin.

Diluting essential oils is vital for both safety and effectiveness.Essential oils are concentrated so few drops are sufficient to makes it effective, it too strong or potent to use directly on the skin can cause discomfort such as burning, redness, irritations or even allergic reactions.
Dilution makes long lasting :
Dilution is blending of essential oils with a gentle carrier oil like coconut, jojoba, muskmelon seed oil, watermelon seed oil or sweet almond oil, you create a balanced mixture that’s safe and nourishing for the skin by preventing to essential oils to evaporate too fast.
Dilution helps to absorb in skin with benefits of nourisment & enhancement of skin quality by moisturizing, texture, glow, toning, reducing wrinkles.

How many drops in 1 ml ?
· Thinner oils (like citrus oils) → slightly more drops, around 45–56 drops per ml , depends upon dropper tip size
· High viscosity or thicker oils → slightly fewer drops, around 35–45 drops per ml , depends upon dropper tip size.
